He thinks we need seaweed supplements, anyone try this?

Anyone seen this infomercial, very similar to Trudeau

One thing he says does make a lot of sense about Japanese who live longer and their diets.

Never seen it.

But SEAWEED is very good for the body.

I eat my SUSHI wrapped in seaweed.

I have some and tried it a few days...its available at your local GNC stores. I didnt give it long enuff yet to give a real review.
